Divisional Sales Manager – Oil and Gas Coatings

Provide coaching, sales training, direction and leadership to the Oil and Gas team. Create alignment and accountability within the Oil and Gas division and geography that encompasses the overall segment strategy to ensure success in reaching divisional sales targets down to the specific territory and target product. 


Key Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for control of the divisional specific action plans, short and long term strategies for the corresponding key account managers
  • Revenue and Gross Margin objective within the assigned division
  • Coaching and Development of direct reports within division
  • Development of territory specific plans in conjunction with account managers to add new and grow existing customers revenue to meet overall growth objective
  • Evaluation of direct reports, CRM usage and account manager project tracking
  • Develop product sales and training in conjunction with product managers
  • Develop, implementation, and control budgets, estimates, and forecasts within your assigned division



  • Bachelor’s Degree.
  • 10+ years of sales management experience.
  • CRM experience.
  • Demonstrated sales background in up and downstream Oil and Gas.
  • Excellent report writing and verbal communication skills within all levels of the organization.
  • Experience meeting operational business goals and strategizing on market development.
  • Considerable experience in client management, win strategies and bid preparation.
  • Must have a proven track record as sales leader with Oil and Gas experience.
  • Travel up to 50%.
