Technical Service Sales Manager

Key Responsibilities


  • Service sales development of existing and new accounts in order to achieve budgeted Service sales goals
  • Collaboration with Sales and Service teams
  • Develop new service business together with existing account managers on existing or new accounts
  • Identification of sales opportunities


Qualifications & Skills:

  • Experience with selling service or solutions into Marine industries
  • Value selling experience and success
  • Engineering background with strong commercial / business capabilities or vice-versa
  • Min 5-10 year experience
  • Business development capabilities
  • Strong networking and negotiating skills,
  • Dedicated personality - passionate
  • Customer and results oriented
  • Ability to work both at high level and on details
  • Travel up to 50%

Salary range from $100K - $115K with target bonus of 10% and up to 20% based on results.
