Wealth Management and Consulting firm seeking a Financial Administrative Assistant. You will be working directly with the owner on daily tasks as well as servicing customer issues. A successful candidate must be extremely professional in appearance and manner with strong organizational, verbal and written communication skills.

 

Job Description:

  • Opening new client accounts
  • Servicing client requests
  • Trades and Allocations
  • Billing for Client Services
  • Timely answering of phones and accuracy of transfers to correct departments
  • Appointment confirmation calls
  • Assistance with scanning for all departments; responsible for the accuracy of naming conventions and scanned file locations
  • Client relations focused: greeting clients, escorting them through the building, maintain anniversary/birthday/etc cards & gifts
  • Supply inventory & ordering, run errands and paperwork, opening & closing office duties

Requirements:
