Wealth Management and Consulting firm seeking a Financial Administrative Assistant. You will be working directly with the owner on daily tasks as well as servicing customer issues. A successful candidate must be extremely professional in appearance and manner with strong organizational, verbal and written communication skills.
Job Description:
- Opening new client accounts
- Servicing client requests
- Trades and Allocations
- Billing for Client Services
- Timely answering of phones and accuracy of transfers to correct departments
- Appointment confirmation calls
- Assistance with scanning for all departments; responsible for the accuracy of naming conventions and scanned file locations
- Client relations focused: greeting clients, escorting them through the building, maintain anniversary/birthday/etc cards & gifts
- Supply inventory & ordering, run errands and paperwork, opening & closing office duties
