Job Description:
The Asset Leasing Business Development Manager is responsible for launching and overseeing the sales, marketing, and account management plans for a new keg leasing service offering to the craft beer industry. This role requires a results-driven mindset with an entrepreneurial spirit experienced in creating or running new departments.

• Provide leadership and confidence to the customer as a solutions expert with a firm understanding of the industry, trends, and financial variables of keg ownership and leasing 
• Refine sales pitch and pricing components to ensure meeting customers’ needs while differentiating the company's service offering 
• Manage keg suppliers to drive the greatest quality, flexibility, and value to the company and its customers 
• Identify organizational and market risks and develop mitigation plans 
• Exhibit strong consultative selling skills 
• Demonstrate clear closing skills 
• Recommend sales strategies for improvement based on market research and analysis 
• Build, develop, manage and lead sales team capable of carrying out needed sales and service initiatives 
• Work with overall company business development director to refine and manage the sales pipeline with defined measures of success 
• Develop and maintain key industry relationships 


Job Requirements:
Education & Experience: 
• Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent related experience 
• Five (5) years of sales experience 
• Three (3) years of experience in Asset Leasing

• Proven project management skills 
• Sound sales methodology skills and best practices 
• Demonstrated ability to lead people and get results through others 
• Superior oral, written, and presentation communication skills 
• Problem analysis and problem resolution skills at both strategic and functional levels 
• Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills 
• Negotiation and closing skills 
Preferred Skills: 
• Sales management experience preferred 
• Knowledge of the craft brewing industry preferred
