The Director of IT is responsible for managing IT service delivery and program improvements with a team of analysts across a multiple distribution center environment. The role will provide support to company’s foundational projects and Distribution Center initiatives. 

Leads Service Delivery team across a multi-distribution center network: 
• Manages applications and team in support of established SLAs. 
• Identify trends in issues and provides root cause analysis to Business and IT leadership. 
• Leads issues review meetings with key business partners, vendors to provide status and ensure all issues are logged and tracked. 
• Manages vendor support and managed service programs. 
• Responsible for overall health of the supply chain applications; coordinates scheduled maintenances between IT, vendors, and business partners. 
• Responsible for monitoring integration failures; fixing and eliminating problems. 
• Identifies data anomalies and works with the business to correct. 
• Identifies opportunities to schedule / automate manual processes and improve proactive monitoring. 
• Works with vendors and IT partners to performance tune environments. 
• Responsible for Software Delivery Notice (SDN) process and ensures change management policies are being adhered to and system environments are kept in sync 
Business Relationship Responsibilities: 
• Act as internal SME with regard to the functional and technical capabilities of company’s WMS and its connected systems. 
• Maintain priority list service requests for requested features and functionality. Partner with Supply Chain Stakeholders to solve with configuration and adapt with base functionality. 
• Determines best practice integration design with middleware solutions and order management systems. 
• Perform design tasks and identify system requirements in support of system changes. Work with analysts to develop test plans and coordinate testing activities in support of system changes. 
• Act as the IT liaison to Supply Chain as it relates to the testing and deployment of system changes 
• Help define the components and expected results of new Supply Chain system release 
• Share application knowledge with others in IT and Supply Chain 
• Conduct Training sessions to improve organizational knowledge of the application 


Job Requirements:
Education/Certification: 
• BS in Information Technology or equivalent combination of intellectual instruction and work experience
• Course work successfully completed in various technical specialties is important 
Required Knowledge: 
• Working knowledge of WMS Environments – Functional and Technical. 
Experience Required: 
• A minimum of 10 years of experience in information technology and 3-5 years in Logistics and Distributions operations. 
• University Degree is required
