A Chattanooga-based Wealth Management and Consulting firm is seeking a New Business Administrator. You will be working directly with the owner on daily tasks as well as servicing customer issues. A successful candidate must be extremely professional in appearance and manner with strong organizational, verbal, and written communication skills.


Job Description:

  • Opening new client accounts
  • Servicing client portfolio overlays
  • Maintain Trades and Allocations
  • Billing for Client Services
  • Timely answering of phones and accuracy of transfers to correct departments
  • Appointment confirmation calls
  • Assistance with incoming and internal transfers & rollovers for all departments; responsible for the accuracy of file completion, naming conventions, and scanned file locations
  • Client relations focused: greeting clients, case management, complete risk assessments, and assist with estate planning, foundations, settlements.
  • Supply inventory & ordering, run errands and paperwork, opening & closing office duties
