Scope of position

  • Develop and drive the Market Plan for business growth in high priority industry segments including Industrial Water & Process Treatment, Industrial & Institutional Cleaning.
  • Primary driver for the definition of projects for new product development.
  • Relevant experience and good technical knowledge of chemical solutions used for applications within industrial water & process treatment, and household, institutional & industrial (HI&I) cleaning.
  • Travel 30%-40% providing Technical Sales.
  • Will function as a subject matter expert on these product lines, applications, potential chemical customizations.

 Requirements

  •  Education: 4 year degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or related field.
  • Experience in and relevant technical knowledge of chemical solutions and applications within industrial water & process treatment, and household, institutional & industrial cleaning (HI&I).
  • Prefer at least 5 years experience related functions: Technical Marketing, Technical Sales Support, Product Line Management, Product Development, Development Chemist, or related roles.

Seeking to fill a Marketing role for a Business & Technical Development Manager, focusing primarily on market development, new product launches, product line management, and technical sales support to customers primarily in the Industrial Water & Process Treatment and HI&I cleaning markets.

Develop and drive the Market Plan for business growth in high priority industry segments including Industrial Water & Process Treatment, Industrial & Institutional Cleaning.

  •  Primary driver for the definition of projects for new product development
  • Complete special integration projects that include product line rationalization, trade name changes, manufacturing site changes, and product certifications and registrations.
  • Management of our active conference participation in USA industry conferences for Industrial Water Treatment (AWT conference), and I&I or Fabric & Home Care conferences (ACI conference) and other advertisement activities.
  • Frequently travel with Area Sales Managers to provide technical sales support, ready to provide subject matter expertise on our product lines, applications, potential chemical customizations, and market conditions.
  • A relevant experience and good technical knowledge of chemical solutions used for applications within industrial water & process treatment, and household, institutional & industrial (HI&I) cleaning is a strong plus
  • Regular presence at our USA headquarters In the Atlanta metro area.
  • Willing to accept travel frequency of min 30-40%
