SUMMARY

Responsible for the design and implementation of integrated HR strategies and systems to improve processes for employee selection, training, development, career planning, and retention. The ultimate goal is to provide the organization with employees possessing the required skills and aptitude to meet current and future operational requirements.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES 

include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

-Manage the business talent review, succession planning and other talent management processes including planning, session design, facilitation, and reporting to support effective talent development.

-Will work in partnership with the global talent management team.

-Manage the individual development planning process.

-Build capability among leaders and employees to develop talent, particularly high potential talent, to support business strategy and goals.

-Provide coaching to leaders on the effective utilization of development tools such as job assignments, job rotations, assessments, development programs and mentoring. Develop and implement a clear plan for ensuring that there is ready talent to meet strategic business objectives.

-Participate in and support the development and implementation of enterprise-wide management and leadership development processes and programs.

-Serve as internal organizational development consultant by providing training solutions to meet supervisory, managerial and leadership development needs.

-Support ongoing management of learning management system and lead efforts to develop a blended learning environment through development and implementation of online training. Will serve as the global subject matter expert for the online learning platform and curriculum.

-Conduct organizational training needs analyses and make recommendations regarding training content required to address identified business needs.

-Actively participate in the analysis and implementation of training with training and development staff across the Family of Companies. Design, develop and deliver training content and negotiate with and manage external resources to deliver training if required.

-Coordinate development and delivery of training curriculums and programs. Work with operations trainers and other technical training personnel to support development and delivery of technical training curriculums and programs.

-Manage all corporate communications including company newsletter, organizational charts, business updates, employee eSuggestion program, etc.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE

-Bachelor’s degree in Organizational Development, Organizational Behavior, or related field.

-5–10 years’ experience with primary responsibility for developing and delivering training with excellent written and verbal communication skills.

-Experience in delivering training in a classroom setting, and experience developing and managing learning system software preferred.

-Certified (or able to be certified) to deliver materials from vendors such as SkillSoft, DDI, Achieve Global, Korn Ferry, etc.

-Proven coaching and influence skills.

-Demonstrated ability to work effectively with all levels of organization.
